My favorite figure artists.
I always ask the question: "Who is your favorite figurative artist" to my class on the first day. Instead of asking myself that question here I will instead ask, what are my favorite figurative works. The pieces I have seen that have stayed with me. I have many! I have been in love with figurative art since I first laid eyes on it. I also enjoy abstract work but I seem to gravitate most often to the figurative work that I see.
